The only exhibition dedicated to N Gauge Modelling, attracting nearly 3,000 enthusiasts every year. There will also be over 30 layouts on display depicting Modern, Steam, American, and Continental layouts, as well as 5 of the leading societies for N Gauge enthusiasts.

During the course of the Festival, the organisers support hundreds of unique events and opportunities across the city of London. These are intended to celebrate design in its broadest scope, from the local to the international.

Take a closer look at the world of miniature modelling and dolls' houses at the ever popular Miniatura Show. This international show has been running for 35 years, bringing some of the world's best miniature Craftsmen to Birmingham. Come and see the best this hobby has to offer with everything in smaller scales at the show for you to enjoy.
Workshops will be running over the weekend, run by professional and expert tutors. Learn a new skill or technique in an enjoyable and comfortable atmosphere.

Atelier La Juntana and 4D Modelshop are organizing a 1-day practical course designed for architects, model-makers, artists, or anyone wishing to discover the world of model making through casting materials.
The course will give participants an overview of the world of casting materials and its use for architectural models, covering different techniques and materials such as silicone moulds, alginate, plasterboard, concrete and resin.
Both beginner with little experience and those with professional ambitions are welcome to participate.
The course is taught across a series of short exercises combining theory and practice, solved through direct experimentation and manufacturing, and will include techniques such as carving, moulding, and casting.
Students will take with them all the work produced during the course and an instructional publication on the use of the materials together with a diploma will be provided upon completion of the course.
The number of participants is limited to 12 people (20/08/18 6 places already gone).

The International Model Boat Show is the only 3-day marine modelling exhibition dedicated to all aspects of marine modelling - an event not to be missed!
Organisers are expecting 3000+ visitors, who will be able to enjoy in excess of 600 models from over 25 clubs and societies, where some of the finest marine models will be on display. The excellent and varied displays include everything from early warships to modern power boats – all of which will be complemented by action on the large indoor boating pool.
24th - 25th November
The Warley National Model Railway exhibition has once again been voted the UK's top model Railway show by British Railway Modelling Magazine's readers and continues to be a must for all railway modellers and a great day out for all the family.
This year sees the 'Kids for a Quid Each' promotion with all accompanied children 16 years and under getting entry for only £1 per day and children under 5 free, making this the most family friendly show imaginable.
There will be over 90 layouts in all scales and gauges, from UK and abroad. A real steam loco centerpiece display. Traders, Preservation and society groups and 'How to' demonstrations on most aspects of the hobby.
18th - 20th January 2019
Alexandra Palace, London.
Come along and see the full spectrum of modelling from traditional model engineering, steam locomotives and traction engines through to the more modern gadget and boys toys including trucks, boats, aeroplanes and helicopters.
Over 50 clubs and societies will be present displaying their members work and competing to win the prestigious Society Shield. In total nearly 2,000 models will be on display.
