Laser grade MDF sheet

These MDF sheets are perfectly flat and calibrated high density boards and show good warping performance so can be easilt stapled and bent, especially suited for laser cutting & model making projects.

• Sheet size: 300 x 500mm
• Sheet thickness: 3.0mm
• Pack size: 2 sheets
• Sanded both sides.
• This 2.0mm MDF is manufactured by FINSA and sold under the FIBRANOR brand
• Can be easily glues, bent, printed, veneered or coated.
• It is recommended that MDF is sealed before spraying with spirit based paints, this can be done by using diluted PVA or a primer.
• Glue with PVA, UHU and super glues.
• Always wear a dust mask when cutting and sanding MDF.
• E1 classification: low formaldehyde content.

Its excellent strength/weight relation makes it ideal for a wide variety of uses including Model-making, architecture, carpentry, construction, decor, furniture & manufacturing
