Many of our customer come to us with a physical master they would like reproduced. If you do not have a physical master, we can 3D print one from your .STL or .OBJ files.
Another method of obtaining a master is to get a model maker to create one. We have a Directory of Freelance Modelmakers you can refer to if you do not have a personal contact.

We are happy to make copies of your 3D prints in white metal or resin.
We highly recommend that you talk to one of our casting technicians before printing your master. They will review your files and suggest whether there are any adaptations you could make to get better copies.

We produce our own range of white metal vehicles and figures using a centrifugal casting or spin casting technique.
Rubber mould spin casting uses circular vulcanised rubber moulds that are spun at high speed whilst the molten metal is poured into the mould.
We use this method to reproduce masters where the customer requires numerous castings.
We have worked with clients involved in design, fashion and jewellery to reproduce brooches, badges and pendants. We have also produced parts for architectural, exhibition and hobbiest models.
Typically, we use white metal alloys or pewter for this method of casting.

We have a wide range of Casting Resins available in our shop, so are able to assess your master and use the most suitable resin for the job. Our in-house Vacuum chamber and Pressure pot ensure the highest quality resin castings even with fine details.
We can also colour your casting with a range of translucent colour pigments.

Sometimes we need the look and feel of a metal part in a project, but can’t or don’t wish to use metal itself. By adding fine metal powders, we can produce realistic metallic castings from resin.
With this method we have produced decorative plaques, miniature cars and board game components.

We can cast Urethane Rubber in a varying range of hardnesses, from soft rubber to those of a harder consistency, depending on desired result.
We have cast tyres for RC vehicles and replicas of high end diecast models using this technique.

We can cast crystal clear resins that can be tinted if required.
We have used the Clear Casting Technique to produce clear objects for awards, trophies and displays.
