We’re LL&Co. a team of creative makers and artists delivering refined scale models, creative technology, film and CGI.
We’ve recently moved into our new workshop in Leyton, East London. There you’ll find us discussing projects with clients, devising new ways to create with responsible and sustainable materials, and making exquisite models.
We’re looking for a talented and outgoing model maker who is excited about creating refined models for both architects and larger scale developments is required to join our small team. Candidates will have a proven ability to craft clean models using traditional model-making techniques but also be excited by innovation and experimenting with new materials. Highly organised and methodical, candidates will have the ability to work efficiently and independently to ensure the accuracy and quality of the finished output.
We’d like to meet experienced model makers from an architectural background and those starting their journey into architectural model making who, as well as having very strong making skills have a particularly strong visual sense and a good eye for material and innovation.

We're looking for a Fabricator for our busy workshop. The candidate should have some knowledge and experience of fabrication and will know the basics of drilling, cutting, forming and shaping materials. The candidate should be confident in using power tools, hand tools and precision equipment to work and fabricate plastic and/or Perspex products. The candidate will be required to read technical drawings in order to plan and carry out the specified fabrication.

Interactual and JNDC share a design studio and workshop facility in central Kingston-upon-Thames. These 2 companies are always looking for experienced freelancers to help deliver a diverse range of prototype and engineering requirements working primarily in our workshop facility. Recently however our roster of possible freelancers that we can call upon has become depleted and we are keen to connect to more. There is also the possibility to explore full-time prospects if desired for an individual who can demonstrate established competency or potential across the range that we are seeking. The right person needs to be an unrelenting problem-solver, a determined self-starter and totally at home in an engineering and prototyping workshop. They should be able to use machine tools to a high level of precision but, most of all, they should love getting stuck in, taking stuff to bits and getting their hands dirty.
