You will deliver professional Courses within the Curriculum Area of Creative Industries to a diverse range of students at a variety of levels, with different learning styles. As a professional member of the teaching staff of the College, you will be responsible for the preparation of lessons; the teaching of students and the marking and assessment of their work.
The ideal candidate will possess a model making or equivalent qualification at HND or above along with relevant industry experience, which compliments the curriculum area. You will have the knowledge and skills to deliver practical and theoretical classes on the model making course. The successful candidate will be preferably be confident in the use of CAD, laser cutting and 3D printing. Previous teaching experience, including the use of a VLE is desirable.

Based at Old Street, London, we produce highly-finished packaging mock-ups for the world's leading brands and for creative agencies engaged in the development of existing, and/or origination of new, fast moving consumer goods.
We have an opportunity for a Senior Pack Mock-up Artist to join our dedicated team.
You should have demonstrable experience primarily in the disciplines of creating physical pack mock ups, with additional skills in embossing/foil blocking, transfer operation, and spraying beneficial. Mac capabilities, good organisation skills and a strong work ethic will be definite pluses.
We will consider permanent and freelance arrangements, but for the right person the opportunity to take a greater leadership role in future is a possibility.
We also have an opportunity for a Studio Junior.
For this position you should have had two years work experience since leaving education, ideally in a related/similar field. Hands on training will be given. You are probably good at thinking and making in 3D, able to demonstrate scalpel skills and show your potential to organise your work.
Previously, successful studio juniors have had some initial experience in areas as diverse as graffiti/street art, paper over board box makers and DT students.
