DELIVERY & RETURNS

Please Note:

The Royal Mail will not accept any hazardous items so we have to send them by courier. This means they incur the 2kg-25kg charge.

Due to current worldwide events, it is possible that there may be delays on any items sent out by either courier or Royal Mail for which we cannot be responsible.

Same day services within London are less likely to be affected.

• Deliveries up to 1999g will be sent by Royal Mail unless the packet size exceeds their Medium Packet size (61 x 46 x 46cm) or contains flammable goods (these instances will incur the 2kg - 25kg charge).
• Deliveries to outlying Scottish areas, Northern Ireland and British Islands will incur an additional charge where Royal Mail cannot be used.
• Deliveries may require a signature (except items sent by 1st class parcel post).
• Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
• We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
• A delivery can be to any address as long as the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order.
• Deliveries will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

LONDON DELIVERIES

• For London addresses deliveries can be made by bike or van.
• Please email or call our Mail Order team to place your order and the delivery options and charges will be quoted.

EC DELIVERY CHARGES

• We cannot ship flammable goods to Europe.
• Delivery charges will not be charged when you place your order, you will be contacted by email with the cost of shipping, when agreed the delivery cost will be charged separately.
• If you have a valid VAT number please supply this and VAT will not be applied to your order.

OUTSIDE EC DELIVERY CHARGES

• We cannot ship flammable goods outside Europe.
• Delivery charges will not be charged when you place your order, you will be contacted by email with the cost of shipping, when agreed the delivery cost will be charged separately.

CLICK & COLLECT

• To order Click & Collect, tick the box under each item in your basket during the check out process.
• Your order should be ready for collection within 4 hours (Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm, Saturday 2pm to 5pm).
• PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO COLLECT (or have collected by a third party) an order before you’ve received the ‘ready to collect’ email.
• After you received the ‘ready to collect’ email the parcel(s) will be ready for collection in our ‘Unit 3’ (third railway arch).

FORCE MAJEURE

4D modelshop Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

RETURNS

• If you need to return a product purchased from 4D modelshop Ltd then you have 30 days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
• The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
• If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 30 days.
• Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
