VINYL CUTTING SERVICE
Our technicians employ the same high levels of accuracy needed for etchings, transfers and laser cutting to vinyl cutting, meaning the results are quite outstanding.
The different colours are precisely layered rather than printed on the vinyl so the edges are very sharp.

VINYL CUTTING ARTWORK GUIDELINES
We’re happy produce the artwork or you can supply it yourself. Please use vector based paths in any of the following formats: DXF, DWG, CDR, AI & PDF, within dimensions of 580 x 1000mm.

VINYL COLOUR OPTIONS
We usually stock the following colours: Black (gloss and matt), White (gloss and matt), Red (matt), Blue (matt), Yellow (matt), Green (matt), Metallic Silver (satin) and Metallic Gold (satin).
We can order specific colours in both gloss and matt, but this will slow down the production time.
All our stock sheets are adhesive backed, and jobs are quoted with the release/transfer tape with negatives removed, unless requested to be remained in the sheet.

SIGN MAKING
We have access to all the materials in our on-site shop, so there's a vast resouce of backgrounds we can use for your sign.
Materials include coloured and clear acrylic, foamboard, Palight, MDF and Plywood. The backing can be laser cut to size and can include holes for fixing.

BESPOKE VINYL STENCILS AND MASKS
Vinyl is an extremely useful tool to use as a stencil. We can produce very intricate and accurate stencils for any design application.
We used this method to produce a sign for a restaurant on patinated metal, creating a stencil & spray painting the lettering.

VINYL T-SHIRT DECALS
We have specialised t-shirt vinyl for applying designs to clothing using a heat press or iron.
