Laser grade MDF sheets.

Smooth on both sides, rigid, sandable and an ideal material when using mini electric tools.

Can become flexible if laser cut like this 3.0mm piece we made into a desk tidy.

• Sheet size: 800 x 450mm
• Thickness: various (see drop down box).
• Please note that these sheets have a tolerance of +/-0.5mm (we measured a number of 3mm sheets & they were all between 3.2mm & 3.4mm).
• Glues with PVA, UHU and super glues.
• Can be painted with water based and spirit based paints.
• It is recommended that MDF is sealed before spraying with spirit based paints, this can be done by using diluted PVA or a primer.
• Always wear a dust mask when cutting and sanding MDF.
• These sheets can be cut to your artwork in our Laser Department.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Medium density board (MDF) is not permitted to be sold in some countries. Please check local prohibitions before ordering for delivery outside the UK.
• Whilst every effort is made to supply flat sheets but unavoidable warping may occur on some sheets.
• The 2.0mm sheets are made in China, 3.2 & 4.0mm are made in Ireland.
