Being corked backed, this ruler is non slip making it useful for measuring acrylic, glass, sheet metal or any polished surface.

• We do not recommend it is used for cutting as there's no safety guard.

The layer of cork raises the rulers edge from the surface so it can be used for drawing smudge free lines with ink.
