Worbla's Finest Art.
Worbla is a thermoplastic sheet that can be heated and shaped in any desired form.
Worbla products have been used internationally, from Disney to Star Trek to Cirque du Solei, stage to screen, by crafters, schools, architects, prop makers, costumiers and cosplayers.
It is also used for making sculptures, toys, masks and jewellery.
You use a hot air gun, water or steam to shape the plastic however you want. Any scraps can be re-blended and moulded to act just like putty to form detailing.
When cool Worbla can be sanded without damage. One side is the ‘glue’ side that means when heated, it can be attached to other layers of Worbla or other surfaces without needing additional glue.
You can choose to work with multiple layers of Worbla or use a foam such as plastazote to add bulk to your project.
