PolyBak laserboard.

Because of its inherent strength, laserboard by PolyBak is an excellent product for model making as it remains strong even when large areas are cut away. Unlike many other card products, the edges do not show burn marks when laser cut.

Ivory PolyBak (PB67) is very versatile due to its colour. Though it is often used for cross banding in the veneer industry, the ivory colour makes it an excellent option for use as a paintable and stainable overlay.

This polymer-impregnated Kraft liner board is made in the USA (Richwood Industries) and was originally designed as a backer for veneers and other substrates.

• Taping does not affect the surface (stays smooth)
• Takes fine detail
• Thinner than any MDF sheet

• Will bend (with the aid of steam)
• An alternative to oiled manilla
• Takes paint really well (primer is recommended as base coat)
